Not directly, however you can setup a separate computer with the Skype call and use the Desktop Capture feature to capture the screen over the network.

Answer is as provided. No other support available as Skype do not offer any integration options.

The Desktop Capture feature allows you to set which part of the screen is captured using the x,y, width and height options. The frame rate can also be adjusted.

Rgds, Daan Yes there is a great way to add Skype calls to a vmix live broadcast. 1)First u need to get Virtual Audio Cables. 2)Then set your computer audio output to line 1. This can be found if you right click the speaker in the lower right hand corner open playback devices. 3) open Skype and set your microphone to microphone and speakers 2 headphone speakers output thats your computer's default output. 4) open vmix and in the lower left hand corner add input go to audio input and set it to stereo mix (IDT HD Audio CODEC) Go to capture and open your webcam and click the i...go to the multi view and in overlay 1 set it to IDT HD Audio codec. The webcam will pick up the audio from the speakers if you don't have internal computer speakers can get some external speakers it sounds great and you can hear your Skype calls. The only thing is you won't be able to hear your video playback unless you listen to it from: another computer or cell phone I have downloaded the free ustream app. For my ph. To check my audio everything sounds great and you can ajust your audio settings. From vmix.
