Screen Flashes Black when using Skype

Something very strange has starting to happen. Since upgrading to the new Skype I get the screen go black for a few seconds, comes back, then a few seconds later it goes off again.
If I use Skype on its own it's all okay, when I use vMix on it's own it's all ok. but when together I get this error.
Anyone have any ideas as to what is going on? Thanks in advance.

Having played around I noticed when I turned off Display to none under settings it worked ok.
My fault I did place a second output on to a TV screen the other day while testing, just forgot to change it back.
Settings>Display>Display = None (from drop down list). It was set to 1.
Therefore I don't think it had anything to do with Skype (just by chance I updated it).
