Whether vMix supports this card Blackmagic DeckLink Duo 2? I see a set of written to support the DeckLink Quad 2 or give support and DeckLink Quad second

Just to clarify, using the Decklink Duo 2, you were able to have 5 simultaneous inputs in Vmix? I ask because we got burned when we bought the BM Decklink 4k Pro.

Sorry I am mistaken, we used the Decklink Quad 2 which gave us 8 simultaneous inputs
The Decklink Duo 2 is only 4 inputs
The 5th connector on the Duo 2 is for a reference source and is not a video input

@ MCPSStv Can you elaborate on how you got burned with the BM Decklink 4K Pro? And also be aware the original Decklink Duo (which is still available from B&H) is only 2 Input 2 Output, you'll want to be sure you get the new Deckling Duo 2 for 4 I/O options (the same goes for the Quad and the new Quad 2). I plan to get the Blackmagic Design DeckLink Duo 2 for use with vMix. Will this allow simultaneously using 3 camera inputs and one output to feed the projector and Monitors?
The inputs will include PTZ cameras and maybe an NDI PC capture. I will use an 8 line Mini Converter SDI Distribution to feed the monitors via SDI, then to SDI TO HDMI Mini Converters.
Thanks, Keith

@Keith32
I just received my DeckLink Duo 2 and tested it with 3 camera inputs via 3 BMD Micro Converter (HDMI 2 SDI) and run well with no issue (no real production only testing). For low latency and better performance, I'm planning to get HDMI distributor, hook it to the HDMI on the graphics card and use two Micro Converters (HDMI2SDI and SDI2HDMI) to feed Projectors/Monitors and for external recording. Using the capture card as an output will increase the latency.
The only problem I got is when trying to send HDMI signal from other PC to the Micro Converter then to the DeckLink Duo 2. The Input is flickering not only in vMix but also in BMD Media Express. Don't know where the problem is: the card or the converter or the other PC.

It can be your cabling. The duo and quad 2 are quite picky when it comes to getting a 1080P 50/60 signal input. When you lower the frame rate on the other system to 25/30 the problem will be gone most of the time.
