Hi, I encountered a compatibility problem with the new update of the desktop video 14.3 by putting the card with this version. Impossible to find the inputs in VMIX, only available in legacy WDM and no image. I had to downgrade to the old version 12.7.1 from 17 october 2023 (I do not know from which version this problem appears), I find again my 4 decklink inputs. I am under windows 11 pro, with an rtx 4060 card, an intel I7 14700 and chipset asus Z790. If it can help some people.
julien.

Got the same Problem with DeckLink Quad 2 and blackmagic 14.3
I installed the 14.2 to get them back.
Crazy.

We have confirmed there is a compatibility issue with the Decklink 14.3 drivers and vMix. The solution for now is to rollback and install Decklink 14.2 or earlier.
This is due to Blackmagic removing support for some SDK versions in the latest driver. We will release a fix soon for vMix 27 and 28 to support 14.3 as well.

I was having a similar issue and got inputs to work with 14.2.1 and vMix 25, but was having trouble with getting an Output to work. I tried a variety of versions of the Blackmagic software and finally got (I believe it was 14.1) to work, but after I updated to vMix 27, it would no longer work. Tried 14.3 (thinking that was fixed in 27.0.89, but no avail. Then I downgraded to 14.1. Nothing. Then I created a NEW vMix profile and it worked.
Is it possible something is stuck in the old profile to prohibit it? I made sure port 4 was not set as an Input (though it was before). I'm rebuilding the profile and will see where it goes, but thought this info might be helpful to someone.
