2 inputs working, 2 inputs not working with Decklink Duo 2 card

I am running Vmix on a machine with a Duo 2 card for capture.
Inputs 1 and 2 come in just fine but when I try to add Inputs 3 and 4 I am getting the 'Format Is Not Supported' error message.
This makes no sense to me since 2 of the inputs on the card are working fine with the selected project settings.
I've made sure that there are no devices selected for external output.
I've reinstalled Blackmagic Drivers. Not sure what else to do.
Has anyone else seen this?

Open Desktop Video Setup (search in start), go through all the inputs, in the settings open Connectors/Connections tab, and select SDI (n) for each one. Done.
