Virtual PTZ - Virtual PTZ - Image/Picture disappears when Connect is clicked

Hi Guys,

Just trying out the Virtual PTZ functionality in the latest version of vMix. I am just trying to test using an image, however when I select Virtual PTZ and then click the Connect button, the image disappears. Attempted the same with a Sony camera input, and the video feed disappears as soon as I click Connect.

We have a 4K version of vMix version 22.0.0.49.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Sounds like a strange graphics card glitch of some kind, as I can confirm Image and Camera inputs are working here.
Can you submit a support report from Settings -> About while it has turned blank, and drop an email to info@vmix.com.au
