After using the free version , and updating to HD , I have very low volume on my livestream. I'm not sure if I've hit the wrong button or what. I'm not very good at this type stuff but, I'm trying to get our little country church up to speed for the sick and elders. It was working well with the free version and then the volume went sour after downloading the new version. Thanks for any help

For what it is worth, there is no difference between the trial, free and licensed versions apart from restrictions in functionalities

Check you levels on the left of the program feed. Yu should be hitting the yellow. You can also buy effects like the Waves Ultramaximizer that will raise and limit your overall volume.
VMix also has a building in compressor that can be used in much the same way but is a bit more difficult to adjust.
