good evening. i'm new in this forum. And new with vmix. I installed Vmix. and I'm trying. since it is the only software mixing video working good(in theory). I'm going to buy it in near future. But only if he fulfills.
I added 7 videos. I put one in the preview and then to the live and it works (both audio and video) I put the second video in the preview, and then in the show live and works only the video but not the audio. I tried with all videos with different order. The first always works. the second and subsequent never work!
I ask you for an important support 'cause I have to use this program on Sunday morning. thank you!

Gianluca from Italy When you switch to another video in right up player that video should play and in the bottom where modules are (video list) you have after 1 2 3 4, Ausio and it needs to be green. If not you need to set up that Audio switches on another video..Its hard to explain here because we don't know how you setup the program. Can you install and give Teamviewer code so someone can attach to your PC and see whats the problem You can send me on PM if you wanna bye

@ gianlucadario
Assuming all the files have audio and play fine outside of vMix, the first thing to check is the "General Settings" of each video 'Input' (cog wheel button) and make sure that the "Automatically mix audio" box is ticked.
