Strong computer and graphics card. Audio from sound console is clean , goes into mic in of computer, SDI video goes into a SDI blackmagic card. Thanks

If this does not give better results you could connect the mixer to the Line In of (one of) your camera(s).

Even the Intensity Pro has analog audio inputs. But dmwkr's solution should work well unless your cameras don't have mic input jacks.

Have moved to line in of the computer and see how it is ; other than that might move to a SDI audio embed unit such as a daC-91. Thanks
