Hello,
i am working with the same setup on the weekends and have the following problem.
My USB mixer is connected to vmix and vmix also recognizes it but the sound is only coming in the pre and not in the post. Only a close and a new add input helps in that situations.
Somebody had the same problem before oder know a solution?

The first suspect is the buttons on the audio input in the audio mixer window. - The cog opens the options of the audio input
- the S solo's the channel
- The green and yellow arrow enables/disables automix which toggles the channel on or off when you transition to or away from it respectively
- The speaker icon manually toggles the channel
- The M toggles sending the channel to the master mix (output/post).
If the either of the bottom 2 are not lit up green you are not sending that audio to post, aditionally if the speaker is not lit up your vu meters for that channel will turn blue instead of green. Generally automix is set to on by default so what is most likely happening is that when you transition away from something it is disabling the audio of that channel.
