I just installed latest released version of vMix (14.0.25?) and now Desktop Capture doesn't seem to work. It connects, but all I get is a static image of what was playing on the remote computer when the utility connected.
Is this a known issue? Will there be an update soon? How do I get back to the previous version if needed?
Thanks
Jeremy

There are no known issues with desktop capture, what is the version of the desktop capture program you have running on the other PC? If you can't see the computer in the list you will need to double check your firewall settings. Instructions here: http://www.vmix.com.au/help14/DesktopCapture.html

Instructions here: http://www.vmix.com.au/help14/DesktopCapture.html Is it a must to have vMix installed on the remote PC or I can just use the vMix Desktop Capture which was exactly what I did... But running the desktop capture under the instance of having vmix installed on both machine works... Does this implies that the need for vMix Desktop Capture standalone software is no longer needed? Regards, Rottimmy
