That is a very old, very slow, 2 core CPU. Passmark score of 2879. By comparison old 4 core i7 systems with CPUs such as the 4710HQ, 4800MQ, 4810MQ are at about 6000 on the Passmark scale.

I have an HP ZBook laptop with a 4800MQ with vMix on it that is kind of a rental unit. It can do two channels of 1080P using a Thunderbolt 2 capture device, stream and record. But that's about the limit.

If you are thinking of buying that i5-4210M laptop for vMix, don't. If you're on a tight budget maybe you can find an older unit, such as a Dell G7 or an ASUS with a i7-8750H CPU. Also look for a laptop with NVIDIA graphics.
