Stuttering NDI on Dell Laptop

Having trouble with NDI on a Dell G16 7630 laptop. 32GB Ram, RTX4070, i9-13900HX. The 2.5G Killer E3100g may be the issue but after lots of testing I'm not sure. In tests, 1 single 1080p 50fps NDI stream seems to struggle through it. I have tested both streaming out and capturing in and the issue is the same. Laggy video and audio dropouts. I have tried pretty much every solution available (including disabling the Killer Network Sevice software - which appears to be a known problem - and reducing the Speed & Duplex to 1Gbps which was another suggestion) Nvidia drivers are up to date and all the relevant tweaks done in the Nvidia software as far as I can see. I am about to chuck this beast through a window in frustration. I have 3 older PCs with much lower specs which all handle NDI perfectly on my network. I bought a 1Gbps USBC adapter which initially seemed better but now has the same issues. Wifi is no better either (my Macbook pro handles NDI perfectly well on Wi-fi) So there is clearly a problem specific to this Dell laptop. Dell are no help as it is apparently not a hardware issue and Internet speeds are absolutely fine, its just NDI that struggles.

Experiencing similar NDI lag with powerful hardware, huh? Have you checked your router's firmware and capacity? I had similar issues, and updating my router's firmware, and then upgrading it entirely to a mesh system cleared everything up. I'm not saying it's a definite fix, but it worked for me. I just wish Pacman 30th Anniversary was this difficult!
