hi there

I have the following problem.

As a test I got two Sony PTZ cameras that I wanted to control with VMix. (1x BRC-400, 1x SRG-X120)
Both I connected with SDI via a Decklink card, as well as via LAN with the computer.
The signal routing worked fine both with SDI and via RTSP.
Control via the Sony software (HTML page) also worked well.
But when I tried to activate the cameras via the PTZ control of VMIX (CGI) I got an Error 403 with one camera and an Error 401 with the other camera. I also tried different settings with fixed IP or DHCP, but unfortunately without success.

Would anyone have an idea where the problem could be?

Maybe try the Visca over IP protocol? This seems to be the one for your cameras:
