Hi....I'm new to this forum... I'm using vMix 17 on Windows 8.1 system. can I use Desktop Capture of vr 18 or 19 with the vMix 17???? the system I'm running the desktop capture is also windows 8.1. Actually I tried to capture but it is showing the blank screen

@ chaitu This is an interesting question that I am curious to know the actual answer to, as my belief is that NDI is backwards compatible and so even if your vMix 17 has the original release of NDI, my expectation is that it should still work with newer versions. The fact that it is showing a blank screen is encouraging to me, have you gone through the possible causes as described in the knowledge base? Thanku Ice Stream, for responding.... I have checked the firewall vmix desktop capture is allowed. While selecting the option in vMix like in inputs>NDI/Desktop Capture there it is showing options like Display 1, other windows,.... After selecting Display1 and clicking Ok. Then it is showing the Blank screen......
