I am having a weird issue with audio that every so often is distorted. Also the audio does not seem that clean off of the stream or direct recording to the PC. I am using a Blackmagic Intensity Pro 4K capture device coming off of our sound board. The audio is very hollow sounding. I have tried messing with the EQ settings in vMix which helped a little. Here is a link to the stream we did to YouTube today. If you go to 48:46 you will hear it. This is a minor one. Sometimes it is worse but it is very random. Any ideas on what to look for would be helpful.

The link you mentioned isn't in your post.
Is it possible you have microphones (either handheld or on-camera) too close to each other, producing phase cancellation?
Does this problem only happen after you bring in a certain audio source?
What output from the sound board are you using to feed the BM Intensity Pro 4K? Is there another device between the sound board and the BM Intensity Pro 4K in your audio chain?

Listening at a few seconds before 48:46, nothing jumped out. However, going back in the video to about 32:09, the missionary talking about Togo was using a different wireless mic (Shure?). The mic used during the main sermon by your pastor does not have the same quality as the mic used by the gentleman who was reporting about Togo.
It sounds as if there is a problem with the microphone. What do the levels on the sound board and the wireless receiver look like? Might be output level on the wireless receiver for the pastor's mic is too hot, feeding distorted audio into the sound board.
Something sounds as if the levels are being over-driven along the that part of the audio chain.
Has the 48:46 mic ever been dropped? Have you checked the audio cable from the wireless receiver to your sound board for damage or maybe repaired and miswired?

SportsNet. Thanks for the reply. Sorry I was referring to the distortion type sound heard around that point and at 24:58. The hollow sound is pretty much the whole video. They are in the process of replacing the main soundboard this week so I will see what happens Sunday to see if it has any effect in our video booth.
