At the end of the month I will be doing a live stream from or town's Christmas Parade using two GoPro 3 Black Edition cameras.

I was someone successful in using a single camera via WiFi, but I bought a Decklink card so that I can connect two cameras this time via HDMI from the GoPros.

Any tricks? We're hoping to get the highest quality 640x360 stream on Ustream. Are there any optimal settings for the GoPro? Should I use the lowest framerate I can?
