Hello,

I'm trying to set up a little stream (one camera and audio from it) on my ACER Aspire E15 (E5-575G-51DB). Problem is that I am not getting any audio from the vMix itself. I've tried to put in the music from my laptop and it doesn't even show any signs of audio being played in the audio mixer (channels are supposed to be either blue or green / see attachment).

Camera (along with its audio) is connected thru Elgato. Elgato Sound Capture shows that the sound is coming into it, but it does not show any signs of life in vMix either as a separate Audio Input or as Camera Input + cameras audio.

I've seen the error it shows me (Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {F447B69E-1884-4A7E-8055-346F74D6EDB3} failed due to the following error: 80040154. / also see the attachment) and tried to Google it, but the answers are vague to say at least.

Tried reinstalling the audio codecs and vMix several times, didn't work.

i5-7200U 2.5 GHz, up to 3.1
