EXTERNALS:
vMix 19 is just brilliant! The only thing I could do with now are more Externals - right now, 4 externals would be perfect, but I am sure more would find good use in many productions. I will put this in the feature request forum, if it isn't already there :-)

A crash means a driver problem or hardware fault somewhere, likely graphics. The changes since 18 are not likely to contribute to this, especially of opening an older preset which won't be using any of the new features. The problem is that the preset worked with the previous version of 19, and is now crashing with .30. I had opened my preset just the night before, and without any windows updates occurring. The only change was vMix being updated.

The UNDO button is great - I used it to recall the vMix call and it kept the same #. Also I noticed that these #s are also saved with presets. Can't wait to have my clients upgrade when this is officially released. Question - what does the "text boxes for manual Cropping adjustments" do? - Can't find it in the help file.

Quote: what does the "text boxes for manual Cropping adjustments" do? They simply allow to crop by indicating values in pixels. It's great! I wish we can also get this for zoom/scale in multiviews.

This new feature is a dream come true!!!! When I am cropping your video image to fit in a frame for my show, I can dial-in the crop 1/100 at a time. Before it was all drag and drop, and hope to get lucky.
Now I'm truly lucky!

Adding a zoom percentage of actual pixels would be amazing! If you stay under 100% zoom you will not loose video quality. Great feature for 4K input to 1080 or 720 streams. -sheldon

I'm running vMix 4K and I don't get that option (vMix 19-32) - 1080p @ 4mbps is the highest, even if I set the production resolution to 4K. G.

Sorry for the confusion, it is a new resolution option for capture and output, not for vMix Call

Worked fine in a USB2 port in the front of the machine. Uninstalled the device, did a reboot with it unplugged, and plugged it back in to reinstall, and it appears now to be working.

SetTransitionEffect - Change transition effect for each of the 4 buttons in UI
GREAT!!! It works perfect. Thank you so much. Now it could be perfect if we could have the same function in activators.

Hello vMix friendos, am testing the preview19, trying to use the call function (that's something we truly wait for a long time) but I cant test it.
When I add the input call, a popup window it's showed with the message: "vMix Call is not available in this Edition of vMix"
Am a developer and have bean using vMix for years, am using a "Basic HD" license, do I need to upgrade? Is there any option to test this without upgrade? Any idea?
Thank you very much for all.
Dani

Just made some improvements to how the vMix Call site works which should help punch through corporate firewalls a bit better (which tend to completely block UDP). However, the vMix side of things will still need to be on a network that does not completely block UDP. (which is most networks we have encountered thankfully)
