This issue will be fixed in the final vMix 13 release. It happens due to FMLE holding on to the web connections thus preventing vMix from resetting the web interface when clicking OK in settings.

You may need to check with ScaleEngine to see if your login is enabled for vMix.

Final vMix 13 Preview 13.0.0.140 can now be downloadedhttp://www.vmix.com.au/download/vmix13preview.exeThis is a bug fix release prior to release to the public on Tuesday. A couple of significant issues need to be fixed which are reported below. Updates/Fixes* Fixed Web Interface / API issue that causes it to stop responding when Streaming is running and the settings window is used. * Fixed MPEG-2 reliability issues when certain videos with complex images are played back. * Optimised audio outputs to prevent audio dropouts under certain circumstances * Fixed various audio sync and recording issues that appeared during the beta. Recordings should now be reliable with less dropped frames than previous versions. * Fixed new MultiView audio meter display issues * Added additional MPEG-2/MP4 recording bit rates TestingTo ensure reliable recordings and external outputs we have been running some extended 24 hour tests with MPEG-2 recording and using the new AJA Kona 3G Quad for input and output. 2x 24 hour tests have been completed so far without issue. An additional test is now running with .140 with and is now at hour 6. For reference we are using the vMix X42 unit with the addition of the Kona 3G Quad card. Regards, Martin vMix

not know the cause but: in 12 vMix have good screen fullscreen  But vMix 13 always appears in black and do not know how to fix it.

i see I am now having this issue as well. I'm sure it worked before switching from my ATI Radeon HD 7770 card to my new nVidia GeForce GTX 660 card. That was with 13.0.0.136. 136, and 140 both give me a blank output display now with the GTX card.

Found my solution...
Went into C:\Users\YOURUSERPROFILE\AppData\Local\StudioCoast_Pty_Ltd and deleted all folders, relaunched vmix, answered a couple questions, and all was resolved.
