Shortcut key for "PauseCountdown" does not appear to work in vMix 13 preview (vMix HD - 13.0.0.90 x64)

From what I have tested so far, all other shortcut keys and triggers seem to work fine, just the ability to start and stop a countdown clock with a hot key is not responding.
(web interface is working but the actual keyboard is not)
(also works when triggered in advanced settings by another key, using that as a work-around for now)

What I've discovered:

The key I was using for "PauseCountdown" was the Ctrl Key (either one).
This always worked for me in previous versions.
It would seem in vMix 13 they both need to be pushed simultaneously for this keyboard shortcut to work.
(and perhaps why the web interface or advanced trigger still work because there is no differentiation or requirement for both keys to be pushed)

Is this by design? Or am I somehow mistaken?

Hi,

There were some problems using the keys Ctrl, Alt, Shift with shortcuts so they were removed.
(Causing conflicts with windows actions such as Ctrl-Esc for example)

This was done in vMix 12 onwards, so you will need to select a different button unfortunately.

Regards,

Martin

Thanks Martin, this is good to know.
If I may be so bold, why are they available (still) as shortcut keys in the menu?
Or is that unavoidable or a factor of my previous settings?
