Hi, Tried out VmixCall at home using two computers on local network and worked great. Decided to try it out at the Church this morning but failed, no picture, no sound either end. The caller made contact with the Host and the host initiated the call but there was no picture or sound on the Call input. At the caller end his picture showed in the insert window but the rest remained blue no video and no sound. After 60 mins it did come up with a error message displayed in the Call Manager. It never Connected, do not know how to solve this? The internet connection is good, can connect via remote software and view and listen to the videoing. Do not know which server it refers to in the Log. See attached Call Manager Log. David File Attachment(s): vmixcall.txt (1kb) downloaded 12 time(s).You cannot view/download attachments. As Martin said, try using appr.tc service with this guest to another browser to see if the problem is specific to vMix or not.

At that point the browser should ask to use your camera and microphone. Allow it. If all is working you should see a small window with your webcam image displayed ( I am making the assumption that you have already installed a webcam on your machine!)

You could also try Jitsi Meet. It's the closest thing to a Hangout you're going to find that's 100% straight WebRTC.

Good to know. However I guess Martin suggested appr.tc for a reason, certainly 'cos he shares source code with it for vMixCall. Give it another try now that you have WebRTC working in your browser.

Ok... So what about vMix Call now? Are you still trying the same guest you had trouble with initially?

David we have the same problem, when we use a smartphone with a 4G internet connection the same smartphone connected with WLAN to the internet works very well it seems the provider blocks the UDP port

David.
Landline? Dialup? Or DSL? Have you tried https:/test.webrtc.org?
