Elgato Cam Link 4K - no video input

So, I've followed all the instructions to the best of my ability. I have a simple setup, a camera, plugged into the cam link....I get audio in vmix, but no video. I've tried three different cameras. The last one is a Blackmagic Pocket Cam - output is 1080p29 - and everything works in the Elgato capture utility.

What can I try? Is this a know problem with this device - its the first time I tried using it with vmix.

Any help appreciated.

Try setting the video format to something obscure, and when vMix rejects it, it will show a list of any available resolutions/frame rates/formats.
Then try one of those settings and see if you get video.

Also, if you haven’t already done it, detach and reattach the Cam Link so it starts fresh.

YAY!!!!! - This worked....the last format worked on the list - and you have saved me a TON of extra work, cause this little system will do my event Monday. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU.
