I have four Deltacast DELTA-hd-e 11 cards but am struggling to get them to work with vMix. They are on the hardware compatibility list and drivers are loaded in Windows, but I cannot select them either as input nor output in vMix. Is there anything I am missing ?

Yes I have installed the drivers from the VideoMaster Redist package and installed the WindowsDirectShow Filters Redist afterwards.

If both are installed and no options show up in vMix under Add Input -> Camera after restarting the computer, best to contact Deltacast for further investigation as it looks like the card is not being detected by the system.

Thanks Martin, will do that. I will try some more testing this evening. Is there a (debug) log in vMix that shows what cards are detected ? It's probably a good idea to have some information for the Deltacast guys as well.

After some more playing around, completely removing and uninstalling everything I managed to get it to work by using the driver that is in the "Directshow filters redist" package. So I did not use the "VideoMaster Redist" package any more. Maybe this helps other people using Deltacast cards.

Does vMix 23 and 24 support Deltacast Delta-hd-e cards, because I can not get my cards to work on my systems .. they show up in Device Manager, but not seen in vMix
