Hello There,

Is there any option to Input desktop Audio ?
Like OBS Open Broadcasting Software has default audio input, and Its Desktop Audio.

vMix does not have this feature. However, you can use Virtual Audio Cables to reroute your speakers to an Audio Input.

Another option is to use the Windows "Stereo Mix" Recording Device as an input. See:- Recording System Audio in the Audio section of the vMix Knowledge Base.

"Stereo Mix" is not a windows feature and only appears on some systems with Realtek audio hardware.

I’ve used a small cable from the headphone jack to the mic input.

Fair point, although I've not personally come across any computers in the last decade on which it didn't work. Here's some more links which could be potentially useful.

http://blacktalkmediaproject.org/2014/01/01/enableordownload-stereomix/
http://stereomixplus.com/ - an alternative "Stereo Mix" device, claimed to work with all soundcard hardware under Win7/8/10

I suggest taking a look at VoiceMeeter Banana from VB-Audio. It's a software audio mixer that becomes the default audio device on the computer. It lets you route sounds from the system in/out of vMix in a more flexible manner.

Google is your friend - first result searching "Virtual Audio Cable"
