Two questions:
1. I have my Web Controller settings inside vMix password protected. The Panel Builder will only connect if there is no password to the vMix Server. Could you add support to supply a userid/password to login?
2. When adding VU Meters, the panel builder is detecting the input sources and active source. However, how can I add a VU Meter for master audio? Don't see outputs listed. Solved this after reading the docs.

Hi Richard. I am having some issues with Panel Builder ...I can not get my new icons to load, an my templates are no longer opening......I ee loading, but it just freezes and goes no further

Is it only your new templates that won't load or can you open your older templates ? Did this just happen when you added new icons ? (may be a corrupt icon file) Nothing has changed with the Panel Builder.

The older templates are opening, but not loading any new icons....the templates open with all the layouts correctly....but none of the new icons are loading, and they do not show up in the left column as it did before ..only templates are showing.

If you changed your default "UserIcons folder" in the Desktop Prefs, then the UserIcons may not sync to the iPad. Make sure your icons are in your Documents/vMix Panel Builder/UserIcons directory.

ok....Thanks...I did not realize that the icons have to remain in the Documents Folder....I moved everything to another drive...

I did return everything to the Default Documents folder, and it is working ...Thanks again....
I haven't seen any new features or updates, have you reached the limit of the app?.....

working on this software since a week. Tryed to make it communicate with the apple store version app (usine an Ipad mini 2) and even with the android version (using a Lenovo tablet). No way to connect to the panel builder. I made all the necessary configurations. They can connect to vmix (the 2 arrow icon become green), but there is no way to connect to the panel builder to download the templates. Used 3 different laptop (all with the windows firewall fully disabled).

Make sure that the computer that is running Panel Builder is in fact on the same network and that you entered the correct IP in the "Host Computer" field in the iPad app. Double check that the IP of your computer is the same as what shows up in the "syncing" window when you select "Sync to tablet". Sometimes the IP shown in the "syncing" window reports the wrong IP in certain networks.. Richard

it was understood! As I previously wrote the app (Android/Ipad) can see vmix (the arrow icon becomes green) but can't see the panel builder (w/wo "run as admin"). I tryed even using the same pc for vmix and panel builder (same result). Can see vmix but no PB. I tryed closing vmix, just keeping panel builder on. PC and IPad were connected to the same network. I used the same wifi for pcs and ipad. Then I used a wired connection for vmix/panel builder pc. No way!! I made all my attempts with my personal home network. Without any firewall. Just for your info I used Laptop with Windows 10 LTSC (MSI GF63 with rtx 2060 and intel i7 9750 16GB) Laptop with Windows 10 Home (OMEN 15 ek1002 with rtx 3070 and intel i7 10870) Laptop with Windows 7 Home Premium (Alienware r17x R2 witrh intel it Q740 and Radeon HD5800) Lenovo Android Tablet Ipad mini 2 all full updated. I tryed even using fixed IP for laptops!

TCP 0.0.0.0:1234 Voyager:0 LISTENING [vMix Panel Builder.exe]
just checked using "netstat -ab"
strange result is 0.0.0.0 ...... usually it should be 127.0.0.1 or my stayic ip address 192.168.1.27
but according to this result, the problem is located in the app (adroud/ipad) that can't reach the panel builder

Something that I had overlooked when I first tried to sync Panel Builder to my iPad....you MUST create the panel Builder on the PC as a tablet Template.....for it to work correctly...I was having issues until I made my templates Tablet Templates....

I've got a problem with the items I have copied from one page to another. I can't edit them.
And if I perform an 'open last', the new copied items (not saved) are still present.

I believe this may happen when you click on the canvas of the destinations page, before pasting the objects. I hope to have this fixed in the next version. If you can send me your template at info@studio793.ca, I will attempt to fix the panel for you. Please include some info as to which items are problematic so that I can delete them for you. sorry for the trouble, Richard

Hi Richard,
I read the user guide and I am aware of the tally able comments. For some reason, the tally light of all my "ColoredButtons" with "Passive" option and all tally able comments is on in my PC. However, the tally light is not on in my iPad except one "ColoredButton" with "Passive" option. Please help me out. I know the tally light of those "ColoredButtons" with all the tally able comments should turn on on my iPad because one button works on my iPad.

@Utpc That is unusual. If the tally lights are working on your PC, then they should also work on the iPad... Can you send me your template file at info@studio793.ca. I can have a look at it and see what might be happening. thanks, Richard
