I had a similar issue after upgrading one of my vMIx computers, where it was not recognizing the NDI licence from my PTZOptics cameras. Not quite the same issue you are having but still related to NDI...
My solution: I uninstalled the Newtek 3.5 drivers and installed the new Newtek 3.8 drivers. It seems to have solved it.

Green output is the result of using an unauthorised copy of vMix. If you are sure this is not the case please email info@vmix.com.au with your registration key.

Had it tonight. Easy fix. Uninstall and reinstall.
"Have you tried turning it off and turning it back on?"

"Have you tried turning it off and turning it back on?" Hi, this issue is happening to me right now. vMix HD license, currently on 23.0.0.66 version. First time that it happened to me and is persistent with the the green "opaque" output on Zoom meeting. It works okay for maybe 5-10 seconds but then the green layer comes in. I can still see the video but there's just this green layer on top (the fullscreen) of the video. Did you just reinstall vmix? or had to do any fresh install of Win10? Thanks,
