new type of input, a CC text box,
that can accept open circuit captioning, as from Dragon Naturally speaking.

if the dictation box could be used directly, it might be easy.

Dragon will work well using an input from my audio mixer,
with the program content on it. I tried it.

keyboard can add {music} or {laughter} adds.

using this box, keying out the background,
and adding is as an overlay would make live captioning
possible for handicapped viewers.
