Hello,

I don't know if this is a "bug" in vmix but here is my problem.

1. You have multiple inputs (for example 5 PNG images of tennis balls)
2. Create a new image input (for example an PNG image of tennis court)
3. On Tennis court image you set the 5 PNG tennis balls as multi view / layers
4. You create a new image as a new input, let's say an image of a forest
5. If you open multiview /layer panel on the forest input and set a new layer of the tennis court
you won't see the tennis balls you have set on the court image in multi view /layers pane.

Is this a bug and how to overcome this situation??

"NOTE: When selecting inputs that have layers of their own, only two layers deep will be rendered.

E.G the input, it's layers, and the layers within those layers will be rendered only."

Workaround: Use a Mix Input.

What do you mean by "use a vmix input" ?

I need to use more then 10 layers on an input.
So I thought of having 3 inputs with 10 layers

And then use this input (now with "30 layers") as a new layer on another input.

Assign your layered input to a mix input. The mix input can then be reused as a layer.

Also see e.g. https://forums.vmix.com/...yers-for-Easier-Cropping for discussion of workarounds.
