Thanks: 2 times
I'm not sure if this is even a vMix issue but since playing around combining firewire HDV sources and HDMI sources and external sound cards my system won't capture hdv any longer.. Was ok for a few days of experimenting trying to get audio. I thought it might be the firewire port at first but DV still works so the onboard firewire controller seems ok
I cannot capture HDV using hdvsplit anylonger which was without issue for me for years now
Sound familiar to anyone?
thanks
Bruce

hi halfpipe,

try to remember if you installed some codecs pack recently or a new graphic card. i had same problem with hdvsplit previously by updating k-lite codec pack but after select ffmpeg filter the "bug" was fixed.

note: in my case, my motherboard does not work correctly with firewire input (onboard) after large hours. working here with Asus P6T.

regards,
melody
