I have recorded 7 sessions (3 cameras each + an ISO of the switch) with vmix's multicorder feature.

25mbps - .mp4 -- I cannot for the life of me get premiere pro or adobe media encoder to be ablet o ingest the footage to put it in a usable state. Proxies crashes media encoder.
pulling in the raw crashes the machine.

I just added an extra SSD R/W 400+ MB/s and 64GB of DDR 4 ram to the machine to see if I was bottlenecking that.

I STILL can't edit this footage.

How can I transcode this stuff to something I can import? how do you work with multicorded footage?

Any help would be great.. :(

Hopefully you've figured this out in the last months, but if you're recording to h.264 in 'fault tolerant' mode, you'll need to 'index' the files after recording, as described here:

(I wish I'd known this before a whole lot of head scratching!)

Well, in this situation, you can try to convert all your video files to another format, yes, it may take a lot of time, but in my situation, it helped me fix this kind of issue.
