Essentially, layer #1 in the Blank Virtual set is just a "picture" of the checkerboard screen to represent the "nothingness" we are familiar with of a transparency layer and also displays the zoom levels of each angle, as such, it needs to be "replaced" (otherwise, everything would just appear black in the vMix thumbnail of the Input).

Ice I replaced Colour Transparent layer and overlay1, but background colour display black, Can I make it transparent.

Ice If 2 virtual set overlying background is transparent, it to perfect. You'd better add a Checkbox to turn transparency on or off.
