Hi,
Would it be possible to copy and paste the full error message here? Looks like part of it got cut off.
Is PowerPoint maximized and running fullscreen on the display? vMix Desktop Capture can't capture hidden or minimized windows, so that is something to check also.
Regards,
Martin vMix

Hi,
This error means something is not right with the graphics on the computer being captured. Usually making sure windows is up to date and the latest drivers are installed will fix it.
Failing that you can go into Settings in desktop capture and untick Use GPU Acceleration
