How can with vmix, three horizontal images ;or three cameras. As the picture that I attach.

There is no existing template to match your image above, but you can easily save a 'preset' of your own.

As indicated in the doc for multiview "Once the positions have been configured, the Add button on the right hand side can be used to create a template."

It means you configure your multiview with your 3 sources (you need to use the position options) and when you're happy with it, you click on ADD in the multiview tab to memorize your setup
