The Decklink Studio 2 is mono-directional, either capture or playback. Most likely due the fact that the card is an A-D and D-A converter, with analogue, AES/EBU & embedded SDI sound options, plus composite, component YRB/YC and SDI video. It’s very similar to the Decklink Ultra-Studio Pro USB3 device in operation and function. A great playback card, as it provides all the possible solutions for analogue/digital audio and composite/component/SD-SDI/HD-SDI video environments. Plus HDMI capture and playback. A real all-rounder.

@ op music
Perhaps you are confusing it with the Decklink Duo or Duo 2... Which are capable of simultaneous IN and Out feeds.

Choose the Decklink SDI 4K...it can capture and play simultaneously.
