Im new to video capture and editing so please forgive me if this is a stupid question.
I am running win 7 64 bit with the blackmagic studio 2 card. I am wanting to send HDMI signal form a camera through the decklink card to VMIX for live projection of our church services.
The VMIX software sees the decklink option but will not connect giving me an error every time.
Please help?

Capture device could not be loaded, please check the device and try again.
