What's your definition of "cheap"?
At the moment, I believe the BMD Decklink Duo 2 is the best bang for the buck with 4 I/O at just under $500US

But be AWARE there are still some original Decklink Duo's out there around the same price point that are ONLY 2 I/O.

Decklink Duo 2 has 4 SDI connections, you can assign as you want.
You can make:
- 4 inputs, 0 outputs
- 3 inputs, 1 output
- 2 inputs, 2 outputs
- 1 input, 3 outputs
- 0 input, 4 outputs
(vMix Basic, SD and HD have only one external output while vMix 4K and PRO have 2 external outputs)

No. You need Decklink Duo 2 - that is 2nd generation of old Decklink Duo. Old Decklink Duo has 2 inputs and 2 pass through outputs.

Duo 2 is the best option but you could get the Duo 1 and a
DL Mini monitor for the output, or two used Duo 1 or a used DL
Quad.
