What kind of HD security camera can i use for my fixed chroma studio

i used 5D mark II , with separate audio input , but i always have audio latacy

Using a 5D Mark II should be fine, how do you input the signal from the camera to vMix?

You should be able to use any decent quality camera paired with a capture card.
