I need technical support.

I have just downladed the software, I have installed it but,a problem to unlock either, the basic and the 60 days trial softaware.

I insert my email address in the field, as requested but then, I receive an error message in a black box ,like this:

(Exception fom HRESULT:0x80040154(regdb_E_CLSSNOTERG))

Furthemore this black box shows two options: 1)send report, 2)close,
clicking chioce #1 cause looping the eror message, clicking choice #2 cause
go back the registation form!!!

Quite odd, isn't?

Do you know how to solve this issue?
I would like to give a try to you software.
