Since the last update I've been experiencing some trouble with the display driver collapsing after the program has been running runs for some number of minutes. The details: - Windows 10 - AMD Hexacore CPU @ 3.4 GHz - AMD Radeon HD7400 GPU - Latest drivers When the trouble occurs the app loses access to the webcams, but is otherwise stable. Windows alerts that the display driver has collapsed and restarted. I close vMix, launch it anew and all is well...for a while. I've noticed that it seems to happen when there's an MOV file used as a background animation. The file in question is a 200 MB PNG encoded animation. I'm going to convert that file to an MP4 and see if it continues to occur. Michael

I used VLC to convert the MOV to a highly compressed MP4. That's been playing in vMix for a couple of hours without incident.
On that basis, I gather that MOV files are now something of a problem. At least under Windows 10.

Not, the problem doesn't seem to be related to the MOV file as I thought. The fault just occurred in a version of the file the uses the MP4 background animation. The display driver collapsed and this is what I saw. This time I found that I could reset the webcams and get the scene back without even restarting vMix. Both webcams (Logitech BCC950 & C920) are operating at 1280x720p30 MJPG. I'm running the very latest AMD Catalyst for Windows 10. Any advice?

Are there any vMix logs that I can access to see what was happening when the problem occurs?
