I use Wintv-PVR-500 Pci capture card And It's doesn't work??

Vmix Show me this Text

Any help would be appreciated.

"Flashback" or what?
vMix 12, Windows XP, PCI...
No wait, what year is it, 2558?
Oh the 'good old days' of the future, lol.

But seriously, what are you trying to capture?
It would appear that your Hauppauge WinTV-PVR-500 is PAL based and only supports the 720x576 PAL 50i SD resolution, anything else will likely return that error message.
(if you move that 'Error' message window out of the way, we will likely see what the issue might be).

@ meen1230

What happens if you set the "Frame Rate" to 50i or 25p?
I can only assume your camera is also PAL 720x576 50i and/or 25p??? (what make and model is your camera?)
Also, what "other" capture program are you referring to where it works?
(Hauppauge proprietary program perhaps???, sometimes their hardware is only designed to work with 'their' software).
