Thanks: 1 times
hello
I use bus A and bus B for Zoom in/out
and this time only I used bus C for record instead of master

somehow, one of my wireless mics is working in bus A and master as usual but not in sub C
other mics and zoom-out are working in bus C properly

is it a hardware issue?

Im using a ryzen 7 laptop with 32GB ram and 3 hdmi outputs

thanks

Check the channel matrix of your mic input. If you enabled Bus C in the Audio Output settings AFTER you added the mic input and made changes to the channel matrix of the mic input BEFORE you enabled Bus C, Bus C is not active in the matrix.

I enabled in the matrix and it worked right away, thanks!
