I re-installed my vMix on my new laptop. Every mp4 video I try to import are showing dark. Sound is working but can't seem to get any images.
If I check the input setting under General, the resolution is showing 0x0.

How do I fix that and show my video. I can't use vMix like that.
I've downloaded new video just in case my old imported video were the issue to no avail. They are still showing dark.
