How change Country name to country flag

Maybe someone can help me. I take direct information from the xml file. I can't change it. I need the country information in that file to be converted to an image. For example, "Germany" should be changed to Germany flag.

However, the result shows a link but no image :( Sure it's and image placeholder and not a textblock in your title you are trying to set and set from a datasource ?
