i can't add MOV in my notebook.but i can add input MOV in my PC.i use the same vMix on PC and notebook,PC can load but notebook can't.

them install the same Version of quicktime player 7.75
please,help me. why vMix in my notebook can't add MOV? i tried vMix 11 and vMix 14.but it doesn't work,neither.
