Hi Community,

I have a MSI MSI Raider GE76 12UGS with integrated gpu and a dedicated RTX3070Ti and Vmix wont start with the error

graphics hardware not supported DirectX 9 compatible Hardware required
D3DStartup.D3D_NEW_EX
D3DERR_NOTAVAILABLE: nOT aVAILABLE (-2005530518)

I have assigned the 3070ti in the nvidia control panel for Vmix
I have assigned on advanced graphics config of the W10 enterprise 1809 to the executables Vmix.exe and Vmix64.exe to work with the dedicated GPU (high performance)
I don't know what else to do because I have tried different driver versions
I can see on the DXdiag that everything is ok but Screen 1, the laptop screen says that is working with the Intel Iris XE and if I connect a screen on the HDMI output says that the screen2 is working with the RTX3070ti, this is the way I have bypass this particular error on another laptop that I have MSI Raider GE66 12UGS but I dont know why Vmix can not start.
It looks that the software make a check if a compatible card is on the system but in this particular case it is but refuses to work with.
What else I can do? I'm really frustrated it is a pretty good system and I cant work with it and I need it badly in the following days and I didnt find anything to try looking on the web and forms.
Thanks for the help and best regards, hope somebody can give me some directions to follow.
Greetings from Spain.
