hello,
iam recording a game using ndi/local desktop capture and in desktop capture i select game then i use setting windows graphics capture,my recording settings are MP4 1980x1080 NTSC 59.94p , bit rate 4 ,profile h264 baseline, use hardware encoder enabled ,when i play game while recording everything is smooth but when i playback the recorded file it freezez shutters alot, i have also checked everyother format also like avi ,wmc ,i have checked VLC ,windows media player all result is same the recorded file is not smooth aa.jpg (646kb) downloaded 4 time(s).,my pc profile is intel core i7 4970 16gb ddr3 ram rx570 4gb graphics card windows 10 ,can please someone help me to guide a smooth pc gaming recording,sorry for my english ,thankyou

looks like ur cpu/gpu or its dedicated RAM is not enough for doing this !
so please send ur computer specs
and i will tell u the sw/hw solution.

Here's something to try...

Increase your Bit Rate to 25 and the Profile to H.264Main.

Also, you might mention which drive you are recording to. If it's a HDD, it should be 7200RPM or better. Also better that you not record to your C: drive.

my pc specs are
core i7 4790
ddr3 16gb ram
graphics card AMD RX570 4GB
