We are using vMix both to output the primary Program feed as a live stream but then we also use the same instance of vMix to feed an on-set monitor via a Mix 2. Is there anyway to send my main Program to my Mix 2 so that the feed can come up on the on-set monitor?

You can either loop back in the program via NDI and then set that input to mix2. Or you could simply set shortcuts to change the output that you use for the on set monitor. From program to mix2 and vice versa.
