Hey all, new here. When I try to add a second vMix call to my production, The second call doesn't work about half the time, even from multiple different devices and settings. I don't know how to explain it but if I remove the first caller, then add the second caller it works, i can then add the first caller with a new link, its very confusing. I hope that makes sense, has anyone experienced this? I cant seem to find any information on this specific scenario.

Ok, with PRO you have 8 calls. I thought initially you might be on HD which is just one call.
I just did a show with several calls this week and no issues.
The calls are based on webRTC. Apart from the license level there shouldn't an limitations on it technically. I assume your bandwidth available isn't a bottleneck.

possibly a network issue.

Run a speedtest, if the result is good
then monitor your network.

couple of NDI streams in the network?
lot of guests causing a lot of traffic?
from the vMix place lot of components (switchers and all that stuff) to the internet?

many possible reasons!
