Guztavo, it is possible that your HOST file must have been changed. Go to the c:/windows/system32/drivers/etc directory. Make a copy of your HOST file on your desktop. Edit the file in Desktop removing any lines that have reference to "vmix". Rename the original host file on etc directory . And replace with the new edited file.
thanks 1 user thanked eduardocfs for this useful post.

Thanks for your help!
The hosts file it's clear, as the machine has been formatted yesterday:

# Copyright (c) 1993-2009 Microsoft Corp.
#
# This is a sample HOSTS file used by Microsoft TCP/IP for Windows.
#
# This file contains the mappings of IP addresses to host names. Each
# entry should be kept on an individual line. The IP address should
# be placed in the first column followed by the corresponding host name.
# The IP address and the host name should be separated by at least one
# space.
#
# Additionally, comments (such as these) may be inserted on individual
# lines or following the machine name denoted by a '#' symbol.
#
# For example:
#
# 102.54.94.97 rhino.acme.com # source server
# 38.25.63.10 x.acme.com # x client host

# localhost name resolution is handled within DNS itself.
# 127.0.0.1 localhost
# ::1 localhost

Thanks again!

Found that when opening "vMix Update" get this error: Could not check version on vMix web site, check your internet connection and try again.
Seems to be that my PC can't Access to vMix servers...

Have you tried another internet connection? I have had a similar problem with my home network but using 4G the activation worked flawlessly.

@ guztavo

Are you running the latest Windows 10?
As Microsoft no longer supports Windows 7, systems running that OS are missing the current security protocols required to connect to the vMix servers:
